Jennifer Norman

Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2005; she has gained a wealth of experience in private client matters in Lincolnshire and with firms in London and the Cotswolds. Her expertise is in probate and the administration of estates, IHT planning, drafting and the administration of trusts, will drafting, lasting powers of attorney and applications for deputyship in the Court of Protection.

Jennifer advises both individuals and business clients; she has a particular interest in farming estates. A high point of her career was a successful challenge to HM Revenue & Customs refusal to grant Agricultural Property Relief on a farmhouse; this resulted in a substantial refund to a Lincolnshire farmer’s estate.
