Studying locally at King Edward VI Grammar School of Louth, Lucas has strong local connections. Studying for his Law Degree at Nottingham Trent University before returning to the town to start a role supporting the Commercial team within John Barkers Solicitors Limited’s Grimsby head office.

Lucas has a keen interest in football. Playing semi-professionally with Brigg Town FC Lucas is well known amongst the amateur football community in the region

Lucas has already had great success in managing the disposal of 300 property units in a current project involving the business in Liverpool.
